What we collect
Business contact details for people at industrial and MRO distributors: name, title, company, work email and work phone. We get these from public business data providers and from people who contact us. We do not collect consumer data and we do not sell contact information.
Why we contact you
We send a small number of emails and make calls to introduce our dormant account recovery service. Every email includes a working unsubscribe link, and one reply asking us to stop is enough. We honour unsubscribe requests within two business days and keep a suppression list so you are not contacted again.
Client data
When a client shares a customer list with us so we can work their dormant accounts, that list stays the client's property. We use it only for the engagement, keep it in access controlled systems, and delete it at the end of the engagement on request.
Your choices
To be removed from our outreach, to ask what we hold about you, or to have it deleted, email [email protected]. We reply within two business days.
Law
We follow Canada's Anti Spam Legislation and PIPEDA, and for United States contacts the CAN SPAM Act. Our outreach is business to business and goes only to people whose role makes the service relevant.
